PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SiC porous ceramic membrane is a functional ceramic material with a large number of connected pores, mainly made of silicon carbide, through physical molding and special high-temperature sintering processes.Porous ceramic filter membrane has high porosity, high temperature resistance (1650 ℃ working condition), acid and alkali corrosion resistance, controllable pore size and other characteristics, while exhibiting high mechanical strength and low thermal expansion coefficient.
SiC porous ceramic membrane is widely used in precision filtration, catalyst support, molten metal purification and other fields, and demonstrates technological advantages in special scenarios.
The working principle of SiC porous ceramic membrane relies on the pores in the membrane layer to separate and filter impurities, particles, microorganisms, and other substances in liquids or gases.
